Positive: I loved the fact that it was a genuine Sienese place to stay and my 80yr old mother appreciated the lift within the building, Negative: I found the key was a problem and at no point was the number of the apartment mentioned - I had problems with my phone so all the phone numbers were inaccessible to me
Positive: The location., Negative: The apartment is dirty and unkept. The kitchen is very poor furnished, f.ex. it absents a breadknife there. The socket is broken and endangering.
