Positive: It was very nice to have two full bathrooms and a laundry machine. The dryer (part of the washer) does not do the job at all. There was no drying rack and so we had to hang clothes on heaters, chairs..., Negative: The single bedroom that we use as our master had an extremely cheap and uncomfortable mattress.
