Positive: The location was great. Very close the the Duomo and central to most attractions., Negative: The apartment was not very clean. There was NO toilet paper. The fridge DID NOT WORK. Positive: Mi hanno cambiato la struttura e me lo hanno comunicato solo dopo aver chiamato io per chiedere info, Negative: La struttura non soddisfatta le mie richieste. All'atto della prenotazione, quella scelta sembrava molto più carina. L'appartamento in cui mi hanno dislocato era piccolo e poco confortevole.
Positive: Fantastic. Good value, location, breakfast was fantastic. Decor was beautiful and receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody!, Negative: €20 fee for check in later than 7pm is unfair.
