Positive: Two bed rooms appartment very close to historical center. 10 min from central station by bus. Good wiFi. Well equiped kitchen., Negative: Host charges 60 Euro of cleaning fee (30 Eur per person). And this info is hidden by Booking during reservation. This is absolutely disappointing. Very bad faucet in the shower.
Positive: Ottima posizione, in pieno centro città., Negative: Il bagno non era troppo pulito, la doccia era difficoltosa da regolare (o troppo caldo, o gelida), le luci non erano tutte funzionanti.
Positive: Very close to the very centre of Florence, the rooms are in the quite side of the house. They have 2 more beds (for kids) if you need’em, Negative: I was very upset about they price as I found out when they charged my cc. The cleaning of the apartment is NOT included in the price shown on Booking!
Positive: Well appointed and great location very near to some superb restaurants and boutique shops, Negative: The tram line is very near noise into the night and early morning but it is a city so some noise expected
