Positive: Best thing is the free parking slot as parking it's a big deal in Venice & Mestre. Also best is that the apartament house is to be rented to only one reservation no matter if you will take one..., Negative: It was perfect, we really enjoyed the big space. It gets really hot, but AC's are working very well.
