Positive: E' ben ubicato ed il posto e veramente bello e comodo.bella la visita sul panorama; più che apprezzabile la vicinanza della piscina, del bar e del ristorante, Negative: L'arredamento dell'appartamento è datato e non più funzionale considerato i mq disponibili. Andrebbe anche previsto un impianto di condizionamento in quanto assente.

Positive: tranquillità, Negative: La comodità di trovare le chiavi nei pressi della struttura. bisogna infatti andare in agenzia a Portoferraio. Nell'appartamento all'arrivo non c'era nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica.
