Positive: Our welcome by Betty was tremendous. Showed us round the property even though it was a very late check in. Even got a bottle of bubbles which went down very well! Location is great, with balconies off..., Negative: Nothing, perfect stay.

Positive: The location is really good, right in the middle of the old town. There's a bar / restaurant downstairs with good food so after late arrival we didn't have to start to search for some food..., Negative:
Positive: The location - 5 minutes walking to the Duomo and 10 minutes walking to the cable car. The apartment was big enough for 5 people very spacious living room. It was very clean and comfortable..., Negative: - Key pick up - it is very difficult to tell an apartment what time you'll be arriving to Como.
