Positive: Location, Negative: We were charged city tax and a late arrival fee on arrival. On Booking.com it states that the late check in was from 22.00 hours and that the city tax would be included. Apparently this is incorrect...[Full review]
Positive: It was a great location. It was neat and warm! We were very content., Negative: We found it a little odd that we didn't have control of the heating control. It was managed remotely but other than that, it was perfect.
Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable with white fresh linen. Beautiful white towels. Adequate facilities., Negative: Unfortunately there was a problem with faulty radiator but the leak was rectified very quickly. These things happen and it really was beyond anyone’s control.
