Positive: È un appartamento molto accogliente, ampio e ben fatto. Bellissima vista dal terrazzo! Anche le attrezzature di cui dispone sono praticamente nuove. Proprietario super cortese e disponibile., Negative: Se devo trovare un difetto, le scale esterne (l'appartamento è al primo piano). Con il passeggino è stato un po' difficoltoso, ma niente di preoccupante.
