Positive: Family run villa set in the countryside of Florence. Very cool apartment with such Italian charm and history. My family loved it. Roberto made reservations for our dinner the first night at a local ..., Negative: Hot water didn't work well in the apt, but Roberto did have another apartment available we could use for bathing, so it wasn't a terrible issue.
