Positive: This is a lovely luxury boutique hotel or bed and breakfast located right in the heart of Florence's historic district, so its very easy to see all the sights on foot. Breakfast is not a buffet; ..., Negative: I would have appreciated better reading lamps by the bed, and lots of time no one was attending the desk, but if you looked you could generally find someone.
