Positive: Great location and they were super accommodating! Drove over 6 hrs from Milan after the airline lost luggage and the rental car wasn't ready, both of which delayed us 3 hrs. They stayed until we..., Negative: Wasn't aware of taxes due upon arrival. Thankfully I had some euros left, but would have been nice to know in advance since this was our first time using booking.com AND our first time in Italy.
Positive: The location was very practical, Negative: The wifi wasnt very strong and only reached one part of the apartment
Positive: It is very spacious and the host is very helpful. Overall it’s very comfortable!, Negative: The lock didn’t always work, the wifi only worked in one room, and the air conditioner wasn’t too cool in one room.
