Positive: posizione ottima, appartamento spazioso, Negative: l'estrema maleducazione della signora dell'agenzia al telefono, la freddezza nell'incontro, non sa che cosa significa accogliere un cliente.
Positive: Location and the facilities., Negative: Miscommunication between host and Booking. Host said we could not extend our stay and Booking said we could but it was too late. We would love have stayed a little longer.
