Positive: The apartment is clean, huge, with two rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, with all facilities that you can need! We enjoyed staying there so much!, Negative: Nothing, it was all good.

There was a great balcony that was perfect for ..., Negative: It was relatively far out from the main parts of Florence that we were going to, about a 30 minute walk. However buses were available for getting to the main city center.

In fact the hosts directed us to a local, typically ..., Negative: Just be aware there isn’t a lift to the apartment so you may need a bit of help with luggage when you arrive. But again, it’s only two flights of stairs so it is manageable.
