Positive: La struttura in generale. Molto ben rifinita essendo in un ex palazzo dei medici. È veramente bella. Molto disponibili telefonicamente per l'arrivo., Negative: Non molto chiaro le istruzioni per check-in e out. Anche se sei italiano arriva mail in inglese.

Positive: La posizione ottima, l'atmosfera molto suggestiva in quanto l'appartamento è ricavato da un palazzo antico con affreschi. Ideale per il soggiorno di un weekend, Negative: Un po' scomodo l'accesso al bagno rispetto alla collocazione della zona notte. Migliorabile il check in, in quanto le indicazioni erano approssimative rispetto la collocazione reale dell'appartamento.
