Positive: It's a perfect cosy apartment near Vatican, it takes only about 2 minutes and you're ready to visit St. Peter's Basilica. On the other hand it's very close to a 24/7 grocery store..., Negative: It's a bit sad that it lacks a washing machine but it's not a deal breaker and if you really want something washed there are quite a few laundries nearby.
