Positive: We appreciated the thourough explanation from Silvia at arrival. And the appartement was nice and cool even without aircon (though we still used the aircon)., Negative: The freezer was dirty at arrival and this was not tanken care of during our stay of three nights. That was a little disappointing. Otherwise the appartement was VERY clean.
