Positive: The apartment is located in a strategic location, close to all attractions, shops, restaurants. The apartment is clean and well maintained as well. The check-in process is really smooth, easy to ..., Negative: As the apartment is facing the street so there will be some noises (people chattering etc) so it might not be suitable for light sleeper.
