Positive: La posizione è eccezionale dal punto di vista panoramico. Malgrado sia ai margini di un bosco e vicino a una piccola pista da sci, si raggiunge il centro a piedi in pochissimi minuti ed è ben servito con supermercato, panetteria, macelleria e..., Negative: Il box doccia è un po' minimale, ma pare che a fine stagione venga completamente ristrutturato. Il pellet è a pagamento, ma il prezzo è in linea con le quotazioni locali e la buona qualità, quindi assolutamente onesto.
