Positive: A very nice place to stay, apparently recently renovated, super clean and modern, decent and very modern facilities, fully functioning WiFi, comfortable beds, free parking on site, super kind owners, ..., Negative: Slightly difficult to find at first, since my in-car navigation system did not know the house number 12D, but we finally found it :)
