Positive: Ideal location to visit by foot the whole city centre. Local small shops at few minutes (backer, coffee shops, beverages, butcher...). Very spacious apartment well equipped., Negative: Small maintenance could be done like calc removal in the shower heads and curtain strings (opening mechanism) needs to be fixed/replaced (and taken care of afterwards by visitors).
