Positive: The location of the apartment from Como Nord station was within easy walking distance ( even with cases). Opposite a little cake/coffee shop which was handy. Positive: Great communication. Fantastic and well air conditioned unit. Very central and comfortable., Negative: There were a lot of stairs to carry the bags up and the electricity cut out a couple of times but we were warned that this could happen and we were shown how to fix it.
Positive: Very spacious, beautifully decorated & well equipped apartment in an excellent position. It had everything we needed & the air con was a life saver in the heat wave., Negative: All the stairs up to apartment.
Positive: Location was magnificent in historic centre of Como surrounded by delicious bakeries and coffee shops.
