Positive: Appartamento ampio, silenzioso e con parcheggio riservato. Bella vista sulla città di Firenze., Negative: La cucina dovrebbe essere fornita di stoviglie un po' meno usate. In camera da letto sarebbe stata utile una coperta di riserva più pesante viste le condizioni meteo.

Un appartamento intero a questo costo è davvero impareggiabile., Negative: Se venite senza automobile, sappiate che il percorso per arrivare all'appartamento dalla stazione di Lastra a Signa è molto ripido (seppur non troppo lungo, circa 800mt) e abbastanza faticoso in salita.
