Positive: Space was amazing , kitchen and bedroom set up is great. Close to pisa tower and the airport and rail station ., Negative: The shower was either burning hot or ice cold and was very weak in terms if strength. The bath we couldn't fill as the water only trickled. Smell of stale cigarettes when you walk in.
