Positive: Posizione e arredamento alloggio (tutto nuovo e bene tenuto). Nel week end il palazzo era vuoto quindi molto silenzioso. Terrazzo molto piacevole, Negative: Non funzionavano i termosifoni ma c’erano i termoconvettori che per fortuna funzionavano anche se il tipo di riscaldamento che fanno non è ottimale
Positive: Casa molto centrale, nuova e ben accessoriata. Letto un po' piccolo ma molto comodo. Ampio terrazzo super godibile col bel tempo. Trovata pulitissima. Comodissimo ascensore per il 6° piano., Negative: Assenza di riscaldamento sopperito da pompe di calore che però seccavano troppo aria e appena spente tornava freddo.
Positive: Tutto, posizione struttura, arredamento, silenzioso, signorile...., Negative: Lo Scaldabagno presumo sia non più di 10 lt., non permette una doccia intera..
