Positive: The owner, Andrea and his friend, Alba (she lives nearby) are really nice. They were really helpful, helped us to get to the apartment, as the apartment is far from the main cities. I like the ..., Negative: No washing machine, for short stay one can manage. No balcony, with balcony it would have been cherry on top. There is floor below, but had no access to it.
