Positive: Is was so easy to meet Erika and collect the keys, Negative: Absolutely nothing everything was simply perfect
Positive: The location, Negative: Climbing to the 6th floor. No TV and that's all. I am not athletic but I am also a TV addict specially in the evenings
Positive: This is a gem in the heart of Venice. It is so well located yet being on a side street it is very quiet. There is a spacious living room in which to relax and a wonderful little outdoor terrace as ..., Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.
Positive: The location was ideal., Negative: We had no hot at all for 3 nights, which we paid 900 euros for the priviledge. I am in discussion with the owner at present
Positive: Convenient to San Marco and water buses. Comfortable premises, well equipped (once we figured out how to use the percolator!) and not far from Coop supermarket., Negative: In American terms, this is a 6th floor walk up, if you’re not keen on the climb... not a problem for us except for getting luggage in and out.
