Positive: Disponibilità del parcheggio auto e vicinanza a vari ristoranti/supermercati, Negative: Vicinanza (si è sotto!) della ferrovia; foto sul sito che mostrano solo l’appartamento in alto, con terrazzo panoramico, mentre tutti gli altri sono diversi; pulizia del piano terra poco accurata
Positive: , Negative: Poca privacy.. Abbiamo avuto un appartamento a piano terra e c'è stata gente che ovviamente vedeva quello che si faceva fuori dal balcone. I bagni senza porta e troppo stretti... Piccoli accorgimenti che possono servire.
Positive: Arredamento, posizione, parcheggio, pulizia. Molto funzionale. Ha tutti i comfort: una bella cucina con pentolame e stoviglie oltre al frigo, poi ferro da stiro, grande armadio. Appartamento x 2 persone ma può diventare per 5 ., Negative: Un po' troppo rumoroso per la vicinanza alla ferrovia e qualche vicino matto che fa baccano in piena notte con musica e grida. Seconda notte munito di tappi ho dormito da Dio.
