Positive: The location is great, Alberto was very nice. Overall, good quality for the money, Negative: There was no hot water which was a bit challenging with a small kid. Also quite a lot of stairs which we were not aware of
Positive: Almost everything was perfect. - And if you want to stay in central Rome you can hardly get more central than this., Negative: People in the street below were very noisy at night - but that is the price for being in so central a location (and the windows are new and more soundproof than most)
Positive: , Negative: Dishes were shockingly dirty, and the whole apartment was very dusty, did not feel fresh. Otherwise it's a great place, so I hope the hosts work on their quality control :)
