Positive: Posizione, camere salone, Negative: La porta della doccia si chiude make e il pavimento si bagna molto. Il frigorifero aveva cattivo odore di pesce. Entrando in casa non c’era un buon odore. Divano letto non comodo
Positive: La struttura si trova in posizione centrale proprio davanti la cattedrale nel contesto di una palazzina affascinante., Negative: C'era polvere nella zona soggiorno (considerando 40€ di pulizia mi sembra un pò strano). Le scale che portano all'ingresso rendono l'appartamente non adatto ai disabili.
Positive: La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta. In pieno centro, siamo riusciti a godere al massimo del nostro soggiorno a Genova. L'appartamento molto comodo e ben accessoriato; non ci è mancato proprio nulla., Negative: Lasciare l'auto parcheggiata al Parcheggio della Mercanzia non si è rivelata una buona scelta con un costo di quasi 30 euro al giorno. Positive: Gestori ben organizzati e molto disponibili. Appartamento caratteristico in uno stabile signorile, ci si sente cittadini genovesi. Davvero consigliato., Negative: Al momento della mia visita non c'era ancora l'aria condizionata, fattore da considerare nei periodi più caldi. Erano comunque forniti due pratici ventilatori.
